A Summer's Weekend of Presentations, Discussions, Workshops, and Music
This year's Harmony Institute health conference explores the South Asian traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda and their valuable contributions to our taking care of ourselves and our taking care of others.
We bring together practitioners, teachers, clinicians, scholars, and performers to explore these age-old traditions and their modern developments. We also invite comparison with the parallel traditions of East Asia as well as the--often now overlooked--traditional holistic medicine of the Western world.
On the Saturday evening we are delighted to welcome back the composer and virtuoso harpist, Catrin Finch, who will deliver a concert performance of her new work exploring and demonstrating the tremendous power of music to both heal and sustain us.
