Join Elisabeth Brooke in France for a two-day workshop focused on local herbs and their preparations for autumn wellness. Participants will explore both the medicinal uses and subtle applications of these herbs through deep meditation.
The workshop includes a session on making Fire Cider, a potent herbal remedy to combat colds and flu. By the end of the weekend, you'll have the foundation of a small home pharmacy.
A small number of 1:1 appointments for Health Horoscope readings will be available at an extra cost.
