Join medical herbalist Julia Behrens & eco-nutritionist Daphne Lambert on a seasonal weekend retreat focusing on how to harness the healing powers of plants to create health and wellbeing.
Through harvesting from the wild, learning to grow your own plants, creating herbal remedies and preparing and eating food together Julia & Daphne share their extensive knowledge of plants, helping you to connect more fully with the medicine and food they provide.
This residential retreat will deepen your knowledge on the power of plants to heal and enhance wellbeing and is for anyone who wants to understand more about herbal medicine & nourishing food.
The weekend starts with a massage on Friday afternoon (massage time determines arrival time) and finishes at 3.00pm on Sunday.
The weekend includes making:
- Apple cider vinegar
- Autumn immunity tonic
- Mushroom ketchup
- Fermented hot chilli sauce
- Mead herbal elixir
- Aching leg balm
- Lip salve
- Herb teas
You will need to bring:
- Shoes suitable for walking
- An apron
- A notepad and pencil.
