Aeon Education is delighted to have Elisabeth Brooke lead a 4 part series which will be an exploration of the four seasons of the Traditional Astrological and the Pagan year.
In this talk Elisabeth will look at the forthcoming season and its benefits and challenges, the foods and temperament associated with it.
The four seasons she will be taking you through are the:
- Melancholic Season
- Phlegmatic season
- Sanguine Season
- Choleric Season
In each series, Elisabeth will consider the herbs of the season, the planets of each season and the rituals and celebrations of each season. She will be sharing her favourite recipes from each season.
