Join Anne McIntyre on Monday 16th June for a day discovering the untapped potential of your garden and its hidden pharmacy, taking place at Artemis House, in the Cotswolds.
Anne will give you a tour of her beautiful spiral herb garden and talk about well known and well loved garden plants, such as roses, geraniums, daisies, fennel and thyme, that we all have in our gardens, introducing their hidden medicinal and healing properties.
Drawing on her decades of herbal medicine and Ayurvedic experience, Anne will then discuss ways of preparing and using these herbs before you make your own herbal tea blend to take home with you.
The day includes a delicious vegetarian lunch and herbal teas. The dispensary will be open and stocked with home grown herbs, Anne’s books and herbal remedies to purchase.
This course is open to anyone with an interest in knowing more about how to support their health through herbs and sustainable lifestyle changes, particularly by using the natural resources around them.
